Heat: Heat on eyes not recommended.
Chill: Seal in plastic bag, place in freezer for 1-2 hours
Care: Remove herb pack before washing, wash fabric cover only, machine wash, cold water, mild detergent, wash with like colors, do not bleach, tumble dry low or line dry, do not iron-do not submerge herb pack

Storage: Store in a cool dry environment, extend useful life by storing in airtight container after wrap has come to room temperature.
