Heat: Heat up to 3 minutes, do not exceed max heating time.
Chill: Seal in plastic bag, place in freezer for 1-2 hours.
Care: Spot clean with damp cloth.
Storage: Store in a cool dry environment, extend useful life by storing in airtight container after wrap has come to room temperature.
