Freight Cost:
Please note: The minimum order for processing is $50.00.

• $50-99.99 - 30% of your order total
  
• $100-499.99 - 25% of your order total
  
• $500+ - 20% of your order total

Las Vegas Area:
Orders of $150.00 or more will be delivered within two business days (in stock items only) free of charge. Orders less than $150.00 will be charged a $15.00 delivery fee. All orders in the Las Vegas, Nevada area will be delivered within two business days.

Backorders:
In stock items will be shipped or delivered per our freight/delivery terms. All out of stock items will be backordered and shipped or delivered as soon as received.

Returns:
We make every effort to accurately pick and pack your order. If you encounter a problem, please follow our Return Policy below:

Full credit will be given for incorrectly shipped product, within 15 days of invoice. In order to receive full credit, return products unopened and in sellable condition. In case of customer error, a 25% restocking/handling fee* on all regular non specialty items and freight cost will be assessed. If there are damages, they must be noted at time of delivery.

Please note any item which is eligible for return, must be accompanied by a return authorization number. To receive a return authorization number (valid for 30 days after date of issue), call Telli Industries with the following information:

• Telli Industries invoice number and date.
• Product description and item number.
• Reason for returning merchandise.
  

* Specialty Items: Any item considered to be a specialty item may not be returnable. If a return is valid, a 50% restocking/handling fee may be processed.

Specialty Items consist of items not normally stocked in the Telli Industries warehouse, any item that is custom ordered, any re-packaged item, etc.

Payments & Open Accounts:
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. For our Corporate Accounts, we offer open account status, with 30 day payment terms after completing the provided credit application. Credit is generally approved in just a few short days.

**PLEASE NOTE: For all disputed credit card transactions found to be the purchasers error, there will be a $50.00 fee applied to your account.

Prices:
Our large volume purchases allow us to pass savings on to you. Due to unforeseen manufacturer's price increases or decreases, pricing is subject to change without prior notification.

Blanket Purchase Orders/Corporate Bids:
Telli Industries Inc. welcomes blanket purchase orders and/or corporate bids to allow you additional savings and the lowest possible price. Also, this provides you with price protection* for the term of the purchase order or bid.

*Some products may have nominal increases due to manufacturer's increases.
